The goal of the UNCG Newlywed Project is to understand how individuals and couples develop and change during the first few years of marriage. By gathering this information, we hope to eventually design educational programs to help other couples in the future.
If you choose to participate, we would ask for your help seven times over the first two years of your marriage. Each of these times would involve completing some surveys from home. Three times, including the first one, would involve you and your spouse coming to our research laboratory at UNCG. Couples would earn $400 for their full participation.
The UNCG Newlywed Project is directed by Dr. Levi Baker in the Psychology Department at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
